At home I have a lot of electronics related hobbies. I’ve always enjoyed playing with computers in one way or another whether it’s modifying games, writing scripts and programs, or deploying server or network applications and appliances. I also like to build DIY PCB Projects and Raspberry Pi projects to get a working build, customize it, and see just how far I can push it.

Systems Analyst II @ Enterprise Business Systems
(2018 – Current)
Deployed the Automated Testing Framework module of ServiceNow, covering the ITSM modules including the Service Portal and Catalog Items, to reduce the amount of time required to successfully complete an upgrade by 50%.

Completed projects as the Technical Lead to upgrade our development, testing, and production instances of ServiceNow from Istanbul to Kingston, Madrid, Orlando, Paris, and Quebec, closing on time or ahead of schedule for each upgrade.

Coordinated and troubleshooted the deployment of NemoQ Cloud at multiple Justice of the Peace Precincts utilizing resources from Information Security, Infrastructure Services, Facilities Management and Technical Support Services to ensure successful deployments.

Completed the Data Center Modernization project, which required completing infrastructure profiles, application profiles, UML diagrams, documenting application standards, ports and protocols, architecture, testing, and usage scenarios. During this process I coordinated with vendors and impacted customers for a successful migration to either a cloud environment or our co-location for multiple enterprise applications including AutoCAD Network License Manager, Shibboleth Identity Provider, and iParc Professional.

Deployed and maintained SolarWinds SAM (Server and Application Monitor) and DPA (Database Performance Analyzer) applications, integrated with Active Directory, to manage and alert on over 900 applications across over 600 servers including in-depth monitoring of over 30 business critical databases.

Upgraded and maintained Crestron RoomView, currently integrated with Exchange, to Fusion RoomView which will allow for further use and integration with Microsoft 365.

Wrote a small application with a user interface using Sapien PowerShell Studio for when Service Manager tickets were stuck between states and needed manual updating.

Deployed an Ubuntu LTS Linux workstation within the Service Desk allowing us to remotely scan computers for viruses after one of our administrators was infected while remotely troubleshooting an issue.
